	Due to cost increases in raw materials, please be advised that manufacture
	pricing of wire and cast aluminum products is unstable.
	Please note the new prices enclosed.

	All Poles are quoted Primed, Painted, and Wired in Incandescent, with 
	Polyethylene Globes.
	All Poles are available in Mercury Vapor and High Pressure Sodium, with 
	Polycarbonate Globes.  Prices available upon request.

	TERMS:  Net 30 Days from date order was shipped. Continuous past 
           	due accounts will be placed on HOLD until the account is updated or made   
           	current.  A Tax Exempt Form is essential in order to be tax 
           	exempt.

	All claims for damaged merchandise in transit must be filed by purchaser with 
	the carrier in a timely fashion.  After 48 hours of receipt,freight carrier or 
	Ace International will not be responsible for any damaged products.            
        Also, shortage of any products must be reported to Ace International within 36 hours   
        of receipt or claim will not be validated.

	A service charge of $5.00 will be assessed on all orders totaling $25.00 or less.
